Kirtan is a powerful form of Mantra Meditation—a practice of call-and-response chanting that has been used for centuries to still the mind and open the heart. It is a Sound Journey where melody and rhythm become a bridge to inner peace. You don’t need to be a singer or have any prior experience; the collective sound carries the meditation, allowing you to move beyond the busy-ness of daily life into a state of deep connection and stillness. Philosophy: Ancient Wisdom, Modern Mind Between the chanting, we dive into a short, practical talk on ancient philosophy. We explore timeless concepts through a rational lens, offering insights you can apply directly to your modern life. 3. Community Connection We conclude the night by sharing light snacks and tea.
