Kirtan is a powerful form of Mantra Meditation—a practice of call-and-response chanting that has been used for centuries to still the mind and open the heart. It is a Sound Journey where melody and rhythm become a bridge to inner peace. You don’t need to be a singer or have any prior experience; the collective sound carries the meditation, allowing you to move beyond the busy-ness of daily life into a state of deep connection and stillness.
