Join us in person for an exciting dive into the world of Inner Dynamics Grounding. Inner Dynamics is an elemental holosomatic approach rooted in the five elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space. It combines breathwork, somatic movement, kundalini energy, and the wisdom of the Pancha Mahabhutas to integrate body, emotions, awareness, and energy. This practice expands awareness of holding patterns, emotional blocks, and embodied experiences, creating space for release and inner balance through direct experience. When Earth is out of balance, physical tension holds in your legs and lower spine, bringing fear, insecurity, and a lack of trust in yourself. When Water lacks flow, tightness builds around your lower abdomen and hips, showing up as guilt, body shame, or feeling disconnected from pleasure and creativity. This session creates space to release this physical density, bringing your body and energy back into balance. Earth restores physical stability and safety. Water allows emotional movement and ease. Reclaim your baseline, step into presence, and allow yourself to feel. Root into trust. Indications & Information Clothing Please come dressed in comfortable, flexible clothing that allows for both movement and rest. Soft tracksuit bottoms, yoga pants, or leggings work well. Avoid jeans, skirts, or restrictive everyday clothing. What to bring All core essentials are provided, including yoga mats, cushions, small blankets, water, and tea. Please bring an eye mask or blindfold, a notebook with a pen, and a personal water bottle. Dietary guidelines To support your body during the session, avoid eating heavy meals for at least 2 hours prior. Refrain from consuming alcohol the day before and the day after your practice. Intention Before arriving, take a quiet moment to consider an intention: something you wish to release, invite in, or simply reflect on during your practice. After the session Keep the remainder of your day light and unstructured to give your system time to integrate the experience. Avoid booking tight commitments immediately after if possible.
