A small, intimate Women's Circle in Amsterdam. Regulate your nervous system, calm your mind, and reconnect through breath work & support. Two hours to regulate your nervous system, calm your mind, and feel safe in your own body and brain, a small, intimate Women's Circle in Amsterdam led by psychologist Jeannette Bolck (Counseling Amsterdam). Hormonal fluctuations have a real impact on our emotions, energy, and mental health. Stress often gets pushed aside and quietly builds up, until it turns into anxiety, anger, or that frozen "I've lost control" feeling. Sound familiar? In this self-reflective session we slow down, understand what's happening in the body, and practice simple tools to feel more in control, with special focus on perimenopause, PMDD, and mental health. We keep the group small and intimate, so please book in advance 💚 About Jeannette: Jeannette Bolck is a NIP-certified psychologist with years of experience in individual, couple, and group therapy, focused on burnout, PMDD, and trauma. She blends psychology with somatic and polyvagal approaches and breath work to help women feel stronger and more at ease in body and mind.
