Join us Sunday for Sensory Recovery × VolksYoga, a chill in-person session to refresh your mind and body! Sensory Recovery × VolksYoga presents a Sunday Special at Volkshotel. A 60-minute Yin yoga practice accompanied by a guided scent journey, exploring how movement and smell can shift our attention from the outside world back towards the body.

Throughout the practice, scent moves with you. We begin with brighter, more awakening notes and gradually transition towards warmer, grounding and calming scents as the body settles into stillness. After the practice, we’ll gather for tea and a short scent discovery, with time to explore the fragrances individually and learn more about Sensory Recovery. Afterwards, you’re invited to continue your Sunday at Badplaats, Volkshotel’s rooftop sauna and hot tubs. Sunday 20 September 14:00–15:00 — Yin Yoga × Guided Scent Journey 15:00–15:30 — Tea × Scent Discovery From 15:30 — Badplaats €45 · Limited to 26 places Mats will be provided.
