Your AI Setup, Actually Working: From Dabbling to Saving Real Time

Hands-on AI masterclass for business owners: map the tools worth using, understand agents, and run one of your own tasks live. LLMs, agents, best practices You've tried ChatGPT. Maybe Claude too. You got a few useful answers, some generic mush, and then life happened and you went back to doing everything yourself. You're not behind. You just never had a setup that fits how you actually work. In this two-hour practical masterclass, we fix that. I'll map the AI tools worth your attention right now, explain what an AI agent actually is with real examples from small businesses, and then we turn it all onto your work. What we'll do together • Map the tools simply: what each one is good for, and which ones you can safely ignore • Agents in plain language: what they are, what they do in a real business, and whether you need one yet • Try it live: run one of your own tasks through • Choose one next step for this week, sized to your business You'll leave with • A clear understanding of where we are at with AI and what it can (and can't) do for us • One real task you've already tried with AI • A plain-language grip on tools and agents, so the conversation stops sounding like a foreign language This is for you if • You run a business and know AI matters, but haven't found your way in • You work or want to work with AI • You tried a few tools and quietly gave up • You're tired of AI advice written for tech startups The evening • 18:00 Doors open • 18:15 to 20:15 Masterclass • 20:15 to 21:00 Drinks We wrap up by 21:30 out of respect for the neighbours at Canal Clubhouse. Tickets include a welcome drink. Before you join Bring your laptop, we will get hands on! This session is live only, so join us on the night. About Rafaela Rafaela Buena teaches non-technical people and teams how to make AI genuinely useful. She's the founder of Gigi (formerly Gut Goddess), an AI companion for women's gut health: you just talk to her, she remembers what you tell her, and over time she helps you see how it all connects. Rafaela built it using AI and no engineering team. She also runs the AI Labs series at Equals in Amsterdam and has trained teams at companies like Fastned, bringing over a decade in international communications to the job of turning tech-speak into plain language. Her approach: you should leave able to run your own AI setup, not depend on hers. LinkedIn: /rafaela-buena · Instagram: @rafas.gut · Website: rafaela-buena.nl · Gigi: talktogigi.ai
