Hongarije: Esterházytaart

Deze taart hebben we voor het eerst volledig volgens het klassieke recept gebakken. We weten dus nog niet of hij goed past bij het Miolla-assortiment — en precies daarom horen we graag wat jullie ervan vinden. Het stuk taart wordt gratis door Miolla aangeboden. Koffie, thee en andere drankjes zijn niet inbegrepen en kunnen op eigen kosten worden besteld bij Boek & Boon café. Tijdens de proeverij maken we mogelijk foto’s en video’s. Natuurlijk alleen van deelnemers die daar geen bezwaar tegen hebben. De proeverij duurt ongeveer een uur. Daarna is iedereen natuurlijk welkom om nog wat langer te blijven, verder te praten en iets te drinken in het café. English For the first edition of Miolla TAARTENREIS, we will present the Hungarian Esterházy Cake (Esterházy torta). We welcome participants from 15:45 and start at 16:00. Everyone will receive a piece of cake to taste, and afterwards we would love to collect your honest feedback. This is the first time we have baked this cake fully according to the classic recipe. We do not yet know whether it fits the Miolla assortment — and that is exactly why we would love to hear what you think. The piece of cake is offered free of charge by Miolla. Coffee, tea and other drinks are not included and can be ordered separately at your own expense from Boek & Boon café. We may take photos and videos during the tasting, but only of participants who are comfortable with this. The tasting will last about one hour. Afterwards, everyone is of course welcome to stay a little longer, continue chatting and enjoy a drink at the café.
