Through different prompts & gentle guidance, we'll make space for whatever is on your mind or in your heart. With presence instead of pressure. Whether writing comes naturally to you or feels a little uncomfortable, this workshop invites you to put yourself first for a moment, and write with love, compassion and understanding.Part 2: melting into live music Because live music has the power to express what words can not. 🙌Sol, Passie, Giulia & Pascalle come together to share live music you will truly feel. And while their music does its magic, Yara walks around to offer gentle massages, so you can melt into their live music even more (only if you want, of course). December is full of giving.
