Open Arts and Music Community Night

Join us for a night of food, storytelling, art workshops and meaningful connection! At the Culture Club, our passion is to develop connection and community by co-creating artistic projects that are open to everybody, regardless of their experience and background. To celebrate and grow our wonderful community, we host a monthly Community Night where we work with local chefs, artists and musicians to create an evening of delicious food, performances and meaningful connection. Join us for the second edition on the 23rd of October and become part of what we do! What to expect? Doors open: 17:30 18:00 - 19:00: Meal and Story A local aspiring chef will create a meaningful menu from their home country that is shared by all attendees. The chef will collaborate with a visual artist and a storyteller, sharing a personal story behind the chosen meal which is transformed into a live painting and spoken word performance during dinner. 19:00 - 21:00: Art and Music programme After dinner, a local artist will provide a workshop guiding the participants to create their own art piece based on the artist’s specialisation and the themes we discover during dinner. The workshop ensures that no experience is required to participate. To complete the atmosphere, a group of musicians will lead an open stage-jam session that is accessible to anybody, whether they are experienced musicians or have never touched an instrument in their lives. 21:00 - Hangout Time Pricing: We believe that art should be accessible to everyone, so we have included an option to attend for free. However, to pay the artists, musicians, chefs and production team, we are using a tiered pricing system of 10, Euros for a ticket, and a donation 15 or 20 euros to help pay for someone else. The higher you pay, the more we can continue to fund those who cannot afford it.
