SAFE ENOUGH TO CREATE is an intimate ADE forum bringing together artists, researchers, cultural practitioners and community builders to explore the relationship between safety, belonging and creative freedom. Through two connected conversations, we move from the individual experience of safety and belonging to the communities, spaces and systems that shape creative culture. From individual safety to collective responsibility 19:40–21:00 —Closing Event with Music · Art · Community Panelists Anastasya Amstelbleach: Multidisciplinary artist, founder of artwear Amstel Bleach, and creator of the "I see your frequency" immersive experience. Working from within systems of consumption, she treats language, materials, and the body as reused data: marked by ambition, desire, and labor. Iris Kauffman: Artist and brand specialist; co-founder of Wumanas. Stina Stjärnström : Architect and urban strategist of 25 years, a researcher, and a writer and speaker on the neuroscience of belonging. She works the loop between research and design: exclusion registers in the brain like injury, safety arrives through other people, and creativity only shows up once the body knows it has a tribe. Daniel Rozenberg (Dadara), Artist and installer with 30 years of experience; maintaining authenticity and artistic stability.“My two favorite mediums to use as an artist are acrylic paint and mindfuck.” Alex Covert: Amsterdam-based artist exploring the power of vulnerability through performances, paintings, and workshops.
