About this event
Welcome to The Miners Checkmate Club! Join us for an evening of fun, chess and drinks. You must have prior chess experience, although you do not need to be a prodigy to participate. Ticket includes your first drink for free. We will play with a 5 min time format, no increments. Doors open at 18:30 for a chance to mingle and grab a drink, and the tournament starts at 19:00 sharp, so please be there on time. We are excited to host you! PS. There will also be prizes for the winners :) *All ages welcome as long as you have chess experience!
