Full description from organizer

Event Description There is a version of you that already knows what to do. She speaks first in the meeting. She applies for the role before she feels ready. She stops apologising for taking up space. So why does she not show up?Your brain runs rules you did not write, on filters you did not choose, with beliefs that do not help you. It feels like personality, but it is all neuropathways and pattern. And the science is clear: every pattern was learned, and what was learned can be rewired. Not by trying harder. By understanding the system, and using the right science-based tools.Tonight we take that apart. What you believe about yourself, and where those beliefs actually came from. The voice that comments on everything you do, and how it got built. The identity your brain settled on without you ever choosing.Expect real studies, some mind-blowing findings, and tools you can use immediately. This is the neuroscience of reinvention. 3 reasons that make your event unique / Why should people attend this program. 1. You will understand how your brain builds and defends your beliefs about yourself, and why those beliefs shape what you notice long before you consciously decide anything.2. You will meet your inner critic as a mechanism rather than a personality trait. Once you see how it is constructed, it stops being something you are and becomes something you can work with.3. You will leave with science-based tools. Practical ways to start shifting what you believe about yourself, drawn entirely from peer-reviewed research. Facilitator/Speaker Bio Morgaine El-Mahdi is a behavioural scientist and neuroscience-informed trainer, and the founder of Wired for More. She holds a BSc in Psychology (VU Amsterdam) with a deep focus on neuroscience coursework and an MBA in Leadership and Change Management (VU Amsterdam), and spent six years as a behavioural specialist in government before starting her own company. She teaches ambitious international women and trains high-performing teams in the science behind their own patterns, built entirely on peer-reviewed research. Can you give us a quote about the event? (something inspiring, not reviews of past events) Your brain built this life. Now rebuild it. The neuroscience of beliefs, self-talk and identity
