The Utrecht Piano Meet-Up is the perfect place for adult pianists (intermediate, advanced, or professional) to meet and perform. 🎹 The Utrecht Piano Meet-Up – 8th Edition! After another series of inspiring evenings filled with beautiful performances, meaningful conversations, and new friendships, we're excited to invite you to the 8th edition of the Utrecht Piano Meet-Up. This is much more than a piano recital. It's a welcoming community for people who love piano and live music. Whether you're an intermediate pianist, a conservatory student, a professional musician, or simply someone who enjoys listening to piano music, you'll feel right at home. The Utrecht Piano Meet-Up is about sharing music, meeting like-minded people, and creating opportunities. Your ticket isn't just for a concert—it's an investment in a unique evening where you can: 🎹 Perform in front of an attentive and supportive audience. 🤝 Meet fellow pianists and music lovers. 💬 Receive valuable feedback on your playing. 🎓 Find potential piano students or teachers. ✨ Introduce yourself and let others discover who you are as a pianist. 🎼 Try out new repertoire before performing it elsewhere. 🎻 Find people to play chamber music with. 🎵 Join in if you enjoy improvising or want to experiment musically. ☕ Relax, socialise, and make genuine connections after the concert. No pressure. No competition. Just a friendly atmosphere where everyone is encouraged to share their love of music. Our programs are always wonderfully diverse, featuring classical masterpieces, jazz, film music, contemporary works, original compositions, and improvisation. Performers are invited to briefly introduce their pieces, making every performance even more personal and engaging. Chamber music performances are warmly welcomed as well. Even if you don't perform, you'll enjoy an intimate concert with passionate musicians and an audience that truly appreciates live piano music. We finish the evening with our traditional gezellige borrel, giving everyone the chance to talk, network, and get to know one another.
