HDays Monthly Meeting in Nijmegen at Van der Valk Hotel Nijmegen-Lent

An evening of experiencing Human Design and conscious connections, together with an international community of people curious about getting the best out of themselves, their relationships and cooperations. HDays is not a lecture where you simply sit and listen. You learn, explore and interact in small groups. The focus is on information and insights that can be applied directly in work, teams, partnerships and daily life. The setting combines a professional environment with an informal and welcoming atmosphere, where no prior Human Design knowledge is required. Agenda 19:00 – 19:30 Welcome & introductions 19:30 – 20:20 Session Round 1 20:20– 20:40 Break 20:40– 21:30 Session Round 2 21:30 – 22:00 Wrap-up & evaluation 22:00– 23:00 Social gathering (optional) Choose your 2 sessions When you register, you choose two 50-minute sessions: 1 or 2 Learning Sessions Small-group discussion (3–6 people) and Q&A with the local partner. • Introduction session: an exploration about the added value, essential building blocks and how to start applying Human Design in your life and work. • In-Depth session: a deeper exploration of one specific Human Design theme. We start with the foundation of Human Design. Discover your Type, Strategy & Authority, some five-minute cheat sheets for who you are, who to trust and how you’re built to decide. Both sessions include a video (about 30 minutes) you receive in advance and you can watch as often as you like till one week after the meeting. 1 or 2 Interaction Sessions Meet and interact with other attendees through guided conversations designed for authentic connection rather than networking. No exchanging contact details is required. Just show up with your personal chart and experience what unfolds. HDays uses your preferences and personal Human Design chart to match your conversation partners. This may be a 1:1, speed, blind or team interaction. What you’ll take away Insights, findings, experiences and guidelines how to apply and integrate Human Design from now on in your daily life and work to support and improve self-awareness, wellbeing, relationships and collaboration. You won't just hear and learn about Human Design. You also have the opportunity to experience and apply it right away. Language Due to the international character of the meetings: English. Specified language preferences will be taken into account when scheduling sessions. The Monthly Meetings offer a practical way to connect, communicate and cooperate with others based on Human Design and individual authenticity. Before the Meeting When registering, you can indicate what your main interest is: • to learn more about applying the basics of Human Design*. • to refresh or learn more about applying a specific topic of Human Design* (determined by HDays). • to learn more about being more yourself and how to get the best out of yourself, relationships and cooperations. (*) After your registration you receive a videopresentation (about 30 min). You can watch it as a preparation for the meeting at any moment and as many times as you want till one week after the meeting. Arrival and Welcome Each HDays Meeting begins with a check-in where you are welcomed by and meet the local HDays Partner(s) and the other attendees. Together you check: • your personal HDays Program. • your personal Human Design chart. • the space and table numbers of your selected sessions. • your personal guidelines. Session Flow After the welcome the meeting begins with an explanation and after that: • the first round of sessions begins (50 minutes). • followed by a 20-minute break. • then the second round of sessions begins (50 minutes). • followed by a wrap-up (5-30 minutes). Closing and After the Meeting After the sessions together you briefly review the current HDays Meeting and sessions: • What did you experience? • What would you like to sustain? • What would you like to improve? • What are you taking away? Afterwards, you may join a social gathering (optional) where you can: • Continue conversations. • Meet other attendees. • Ask personal questions. • Request further information. Options Round 1: Human Design Introduction Learning Session (alongside interaction sessions) Purpose To provide a clear, grounded, and realistic overview and understanding of Human Design with practical tips to apply right away. Content • What Human Design is - where it comes from. • The most important Building Blocks - its essence. • Practical relevance for daily life and work. • Bodygraph, reports, and readings. • Apllication - how to start your personal experience NOW. Round 2: Human Design In-Depth Learning Session (alongside interaction session) Purpose To explore the practical value of one specific Human Design theme or topic in more depth. Your Gain • Deeper insight. • Practical perspectives. • Learning from others’ questions, experiences, findings and insights. • Clarity on personal or professional next steps regarding this topic and getting the best out of yourself, relationships and collaborations. Round 1 and 2: Interaction Sessions (alongside learning session) Purpose • Sharing insights, findings, experiences, and questions relating to the application of personal topics in daily life and work. • Human Design-based communication, cooperation and relationships for more conscious interaction and connection. • Free exchanges around general or specific Human Design aspects. • Understanding what supports or blocks decision making authentic (inter)action. Support Tools • Personal Human Design charts. • Cards with guidelines and topics available at each table. • Suggestions HDays. • Personal preferences. Hospitality Supplement To complement the HDays experience, Van der Valk Nijmegen-Lent provides a dedicated hospitality arrangement for all participants from 19:00 to 22:00. This arrangement includes the use of the designated spaces at Van der Valk Nijmegen-Lent, including 3 drinks and some bites, all fully hosted and taken care of by the Van der Valk team. This supplement is included in all tickets with 'incl. Hospitality Supplement.' In all other situations the hospitality supplement must be paid in addition to the regular HDays ticket price. Together, HDays and Van der Valk Nijmegen – Lent continuously review the meeting and arrangement and attendees’ feedback, so that the hospitality offering can evolve and remain well aligned with those experience, needs and expectations of those attending our gatherings. Please note that the hospitality supplement is a fixed venue charge and is therefore not included in HDays discounts, promotions or access codes. If you receive a complimentary HDays ticket for a gathering where a hospitality arrangement applies, the hospitality arrangement itself still needs to be paid.
