Learn primary and secondary fermentation of kombucha through hands-on practice using the batch brew method. Go to your home with your scoby, first and second fermentation brews. Included; • Scoby and starter kombucha. • Recipe Sheet and pH strips. • Your own flavored kombucha. • 5 Unique flavored kombucha tasting. • Fermented snacks with umami flavors.
