Pickling Workshop in The Hague (Fermented or not)

Take your first step into the world of Vegetable and Fruit Fermentation. In this hands-on pickling workshop, you’ll discover the basics of lacto-fermentation and how to preserve seasonal vegetables, fruits, and spices naturally. By the end of the workshop, you’ll go home with your own jar of healthy, flavorful fermented vegetable–fruit-spice combination. Included; • Organic vegetables, fruits, leaves, and spices • Brine made with high-quality natural salt • Your own mixed fermentation jar to take home • Tasting of unique fermented vegetable–fruit-spice-herb combinations • Umami-rich fermented snacks This workshop will be held in English and/or Turkish.
