Join us for Wim Hoff breathing and cold plunge at the Brainport Founder house run by Mehdi. Why do an ice bath? When (founder) life hits you hard, the trick is to keep breathing and let it wash over you. This is exactly what we train with ice baths. Your body desperately wants to escape the cold. Instead, we sit still and get control over our breathing. Then suddenly it's very manageable.
