FIRE 26 | 12 Hour Prayer Shut - In

Instead of a traditional multi-day prayer conference, we are setting aside one full night to seek God together in prayer, worship, consecration, intercession, and spiritual formation. We believe God is calling us back to the altar. In 1 Kings 18:30, before the fire of God fell, Elijah first repaired the altar of the Lord that had been broken down. That is the heart of FIRE 2026. Before we ask God for greater fire, greater power, and greater revival, we want to ask: What must be restored in us so that we can become a dwelling place for the fire of God? The altar represents surrender, worship, consecration, sacrifice, covenant, prayer, and obedience. But the altar is not only a place we restore. It is also a place where we remain and contend. Leviticus 6:13 says: “The fire must be kept burning on the altar continuously; it must not go out.” So during these twelve hours, we are intentionally setting everything else aside to remain before God. We will worship. We will listen. We will repent. We will pray in the Spirit. We will intercede. We will contend. We will pray for families, leaders, our church, our city, the next generation, the lost, and the purposes of God. THE JOURNEY The night will be divided into four prayer watches of three hours, each including worship, a short biblical devotion or teaching, and different expressions of prayer. REPAIR THE ALTAR 1 Kings 18:30 Restoring surrender, prayer, holiness, obedience, and first love. KEEP THE FIRE BURNING 1 Kings 18:38 We prepare the altar, but God sends the fire. CONTEND AT THE ALTAR Leviticus 6:12–13 We remain in prayer, stand on God’s Word, and refuse to let the fire go out. CARRY THE FIRE Romans 12:1 We leave the gathering as disciples who carry God’s presence into everyday life. MORE THAN A PRAYER EVENT The goal of FIRE 2026 is not simply to complete twelve hours of prayer. We are believing for transformation. From event to lifestyle. From experience to transformation. From emotion to maturity. From warfare to obedience. From power to character. From fire to fruit. We do not only want to experience the presence of God. We want to become people who know how to live from the altar. PRACTICAL INFORMATION Date: Friday 25 September – Saturday 26 September Time: 20:00 – 08:00 Format: 12-Hour Prayer Shut-In Breakfast: We will conclude the night together with breakfast on Saturday morning. We encourage you, where physically possible, to commit to the full twelve-hour journey rather than attending only part of the night. Come prepared to pray. Come prepared to worship. Come prepared to surrender. Come prepared to contend. Come expecting God to work deeply in you. FIRE 2026 — AT THE ALTAR REPAIR. RECEIVE. CONTEND. CARRY. The prayer shut-in ends at 08:00. The altar does not. The goal is not twelve hours of prayer. The goal is a lifetime lived from the altar.
