Full description from organizerShow less
90 minutes to understand how pressure lives in your body, and practical tools to stay effective without running on empty. You deliver. You stay composed. You push through. And somewhere along the way, pressure became normal. Most of us try to manage stress with our heads: more planning, more discipline, one more podcast. But pressure doesn't live in your to-do list. It lives in your body, in your breath, your shoulders, your jaw, long before it turns into burnout. In this 90-minute workshop you'll learn to read those signals and work with them. What you'll take home: *Recognise your own stress pattern through the four Energy Signatures: Performing, Bracing, Depleted and Grounded Power *Short practices you can use between meetings, in two minutes or less *A simple way to talk about pressure without it sounding like weakness Agenda: 1. Arrive and land what pressure feels like in your body right now 2. Why thinking your way out of stress doesn't work: the nervous system in plain words 3. The four Energy Signatures: which one are you in, and when? 4. Practice: tools you can use at your desk 5. Taking it back into your working week No experience needed. Wear comfortable clothes. Everything happens seated or standing; nothing is forced, and you choose how far you go. Before you come: take the free Work Pressure Scan and discover the nervous system pattern shaping your work under pressure. We'l use your result in the session. [https://whole-shift.lovable.app/] Want to go deeper? This workshop is a taste of WholeShift, a 4-week body-based programme for a small group of women. It builds the same skill step by step: Week 1 · Noticing: recognise your body's signals before your mind turns them into a story. The quiet yes that feels open, the quiet no that feels tight. Week 2 · Feeling safely: stay with what you feel without getting flooded or shutting down, and give it a simple name: tight, heavy, buzzing, flat. Week 3 · Trained self vs true self: feel the difference between what sounds right in your head and what is actually true for you. Week 4 · Integration: use it when pressure hits. Notice the signal, pause, reset, choose one small next step. Structured but light, and designed to fit a full working life. More at whole-shift.me. About Jana: Jana Ivanovska spent 15+ years in IT, banking and corporate transformation, including at ING. She still works in tech, so she knows the pressure from the inside.
