Entrepreneurial Mindset - Beyond The Hustle Culture: Masterclass

Step beyond hustle culture. Explore identity, values and becoming — and build your ambitions from who you are, not just what you achieve. What if your identity is bigger than your job title, your achievements, or the things you’re trying to build? In this mini-masterclass, we’ll explore entrepreneurial mindset beyond hustle culture — moving away from the constant pressure to achieve, optimise and prove yourself, and towards a more grounded understanding of who you are and what actually matters to you. We’ll look at the difference between identity and résumé, and between becoming and achieving. Because when your sense of self is tied entirely to success or failure, every setback can start to feel like a personal one. Instead, we’ll explore how identifying your core personal values can give you a stronger foundation for the goals you set — whether that’s building a business, shaping a career, or simply figuring out what you want your life to look like. A space to pause, reflect and ask a different question: Who am I becoming, beyond what I achieve?
