Day Zero III: Everyone got faster. Nothing shipped sooner x Sohrab Hosseini, Orq.ai.

Why coding agents did not fix your release cadence. Coding agents write in an afternoon what used to take a week. But the pull request still waits two days for review, staging still breaks, and one person still has to say yes before anything goes live. The code got faster. Everything around it didn't. With Sohrab Hosseini, co-founder and CEO of Orq.ai Orq sits between hundreds of teams and the models they build on, so Sohrab sees exactly where work stalls on the way to production. At 18:00 he takes thirty minutes on where the time actually goes, then builds with the room. Bring your agent problems The one that only works on your laptop. The eval you don't trust. The approval step everyone quietly routes around. You spend the evening cutting one step out of your path to production, and you show it working before you leave.
