There is no stage, no audience and no steps to learn. There is live sound, your own breath, and a floor to move on barefoot. How the evening unfolds We begin with breath, our first drum and the oldest rhythm we know. Ioana, a breathwork facilitator, guides the room down into stillness and back again. Then the sound takes over, and the night moves through trance, movement and rest. Norse seidr, the old Nordic practice of weaving fate through song, trance and connection with the unseen, is the thread through it all. The sound UniversalSoundShifts builds ceremonial soundscapes from wind, breath and trance journeys, a sound that lives in the space between worlds. Fralalai brings Celtic harp, haunting vocals and old incantations that reconnect us with our Ancestral Enchantment. Together they weave the night as lived ceremony, not as a performance. Er is live geluid, je eigen adem en een vloer om op blote voeten te bewegen. Zo verloopt de avond We beginnen met ademhaling, onze eerste trom en het oudste ritme dat we kennen. Ioana, ademwerkfacilitator, begeleidt de groep naar binnen en weer terug. Daarna neemt het geluid het over, en de avond beweegt door trance, dans en rust. Noorse seidr, de oude Noordse praktijk van het weven van het lot door lied, trance en verbinding met het onzichtbare, is de rode draad. Het geluid UniversalSoundShifts maakt ceremoniële klanklandschappen van wind, adem en transsereizen, een geluid dat ontstaat in de ruimte tussen werelden. Fralalai speelt Keltische harp, zingt en spreekt oude incantaties uit die ons weer verbinden met onze Voorouderlijke Betovering. Samen weven ze de avond als geleefde ceremonie, niet als optreden.
