Dip out of the world, come back to your body: there’s 75-minutes of respite waiting for you every Tuesday evening at HANA Parnell. This spring, we’re welcoming new energy with our weekly practitioner-led event series. Join us for an evening of restoration with Loren Honey. A guided Breathwork journey to gently drop the body into a restorative parasympathetic state; followed by the radiant, soothing heat of our private Infrared Sauna suites. The event can be enjoyed alone or in a pair — each ticket includes a complimentary plus-one. In this immersive session, you’ll: • Enjoy an Ārepa Calm & Clarity - Yuzu Lemon & Vanilla drink upon arrival • Be guided through 30-minutes of Breathwork by Loren Honey • Escape into a 45-minute private Infrared Sauna suite, with organic Baina towelling and a private shower with Sans [ceuticals] amenities
