Through creative movement, dance, mindfulness, and group activities, participants can explore who they are, build confidence, express themselves, and connect with others in a safe and welcoming environment. Let's Move, Explore & Enjoy Kai Together! Join us for a last Mud Lotus session on Saturday, 24 October! Enjoy simple, fun activities together, from finding colourful stones to jumping and exploring. Afterwards, we'll share kai and soft drinks in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
