How often do we pause and notice what’s happening right here, right now? Join us for a gentle introduction to mindfulness through the calming sounds of a singing bowl. Through two guided meditation practices, we’ll explore how to bring our attention back when the mind wanders, and gradually expand our awareness to notice sounds, sensations, thoughts, and even our own reactions. 🩵 No meditation experience is needed. Just come as you are, with an open mind and a little curiosity.
