What to Expect • Gentle breathwork and intention setting • 45 minutes of immersive gong bath • Closing reflection and integration Each experience is unique — some feel deeply relaxed, others find clarity, release, or renewal. However the sounds meet you, they hold space for your own inner healing and alignment. Comfort & Practical Notes • Mats, bolsters, and blankets are provided. • Please bring your own mat, blanket, pillow, or eye mask if you wish for extra comfort. • Please wear warm, comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. • Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. • Parking available nearby. • Contraindications: Not suitable for those with sound-induced epilepsy or during the first trimester of pregnancy.
