Icehouse Masterclass: Building High Performance, with Nerolie Curran

What does it take to perform at your best, and to build a team that does the same? The day after Ignite’27, Nerolie Curran from Propel Performance Group runs a practical, hands-on half-day for founders and business leaders. You’ll look at what separates the best from the rest, and how to apply it to yourself and your team. The session follows PPG’s ME • WE • GO framework: • ME | Performance by design. Take an honest look at your own performance system: the mindset, habits and routines behind how you lead. • WE | Building championship teams. Move from a team of champions to a championship team through connection, clarity and the courageous conversations most teams avoid. • GO | From intention to commitment. Turn good intentions into clear actions, with real ownership and accountability, so the lift shows up back in the business. You’ll leave with: • A clear view of your own performance: what’s working, what’s getting in the way, and where to lift • Practical tools and a shared language for connection, clarity and accountability in your team • A few specific commitments to act on straight away, for you and the people you lead Going to Ignite’27?
