Come and settle in, unwind, and fill your cup before the busy season. A space to slow down and immerse yourself in soothing sounds and vibrations. Through sound, stillness and presence, we can begin to settle back into our natural resonance, reconnecting with ourselves and the inner wisdom that's always there. What to expect: • a warm, welcoming environment where you can relax and feel at ease • a 60-minute immersive sound journey, beginning with a short guided meditation to help you settle into the experience • instruments such as crystal & metal bowls, buffalo drum, drone harp, gong, chimes & handpan • choose an oracle card, anoint with Young Living essential oils, or try a few drops of calming Blue Lotus tincture before or after the session • A nourishing treat to enjoy at the end, before you return to your day What to bring: • yoga mat or something super comfy to lie on, blanket, pillow, and eye mask if you have one (I'll have some to share) • water bottle Parking: There's plenty of street parking available Doors open 10 minutes beforehand, allowing time to ease into the space before we begin.
