Through guided meditation, reflection, card pulls and meaningful conversation, you’re invited to explore what is rising within you - your emotions, your desires, your truth. It’s not about fixing or forcing anything, but about allowing, acknowledging and gently shifting what’s ready to move. There may be elements of breath, movement, sound, or quiet contemplation, all woven together to create a nurturing and grounded experience.
