Stall @ East Auckland Pre-Loved and Craft Market

Shelly Park School is holding a Market at Howick Leisure Centre on Sat 19th Sept. This page is to book a stall (a trestle table) at the event, for $23.50. • The $23.50 stall booking is for a single trestle table. • Stalls can sell pre-loved items or crafts. • No selling of food or drinks are permitted. • You can bring boxes, shelves, and/or 1 clothes rack - this can be displayed in front of your table (there may not be space to display it side-by-side). • There is no power or electricity available for a stall, or wifi. • No more than 2 people behind the stall - there isn't room for more. Be prepared with a way to take payments for your goodies, e.g. • your own cash float • a sign with details to help you receive a bank transfer. TIMING • Before 1pm - You are not welcome in the stadium yet - please wait outside! • 1pm - 👋 You are welcome into the stadium • 1pm to 1.30pm - Set up your stall table • 1.30pm to 3.30pm - Doors open to the public 🎉 to buy your stuff woohoo 🎉 • 3.30pm - stop selling, start packing down your stall • 3.30pm to 4.15pm - Remove all unsold goods, rubbish, and help tidy the stadium • After 4.15pm - The stadium is used for other things, we have to be out!
