✨ Tantra & Energy – An afternoon of embodiment, energy & connection Are you curious about the energetic side of Tantra? Would you like to explore how you can connect more easily with your own energy and allow it to flow more freely through your body? 🌿 Join us for an afternoon of gentle exploration, energy play and connection. Together, we will explore how to become more aware of our own energy, activate and move it through the body, and experience energy in connection with another person. Jenny combines practices from Kundalini Tantra, somatic movement, natural shaking and energy work to create an accessible introduction to working with energy in the body. Through simple somatic exercises, we invite the body to explore its natural trembling or shaking responses. This can help you land in the space, release muscular tension and develop a greater sense of connection with your body. 🌬️ We will then explore tantric breathing practices to connect with ourselves, each other and the life force that can be felt in the pelvic area – often referred to as Kundalini or Shakti. Through gentle partner practices, we will explore how to become more aware of this energy and support its movement through the body. Jenny has trained internationally in Tantra, energy work and embodiment practices and is bringing these practices to Auckland for this special afternoon. You are welcome to come with a partner, or you can meet someone at the workshop to practise with. All practices are done fully clothed and focus primarily on the energetic field. Any physical closeness or touch is always optional. You are invited to choose what feels comfortable for you and can change your boundaries at any time. Open to all genders.
