Often, what has changed isn’t the world around you, but the place you’re seeing it from. This intimate evening is an invitation to discover the Map of Consciousness and to feel it for yourself. Together, we’ll journey from the heavy states that hold us back, like shame and fear, through courage and acceptance, toward love, joy and peace. We are in the fullness of spring in Aotearoa. Nature is opening. The days are growing longer. It is the perfect moment to recognise where you are, let go of what has been weighing on you, and take your next brave step. The Evening Journey: 🧘 Grounding meditation (arriving home in the body) 🗺 Discovering the Map of Consciousness: a living map, walked together ✍️ Intuitive writing: “Where do I live most often?” 🌊 The Letting Go practice: releasing without force 🔔 Immersive sound healing journey: letting go and cleansing your energy field 💛 Heart meditation, shared sound and deep silence 🤍 Closing sharing circle WHAT MAKES THIS EVENING SPECIAL This is not a lecture.
