Are you actually here?

ARE YOU ACTUALLY HERE? Presence, awareness & what we bring into an interaction. How often have you been in a conversation but realised you weren't really listening? Maybe you're already preparing your response, making assumptions, distracted by what's going on in your own head, or reacting to something that happened earlier. ARE YOU ACTUALLY HERE? is an interactive evening exploring presence, awareness and what we bring into our interactions with others. We'll look at what happens when we're triggered, distracted or caught up in our own perspective — and how becoming more aware of what's happening in us can give us more choice in how we respond. Think. Question. Explore. See what shifts. This is for men who: • Want to be more aware of how they show up • Are curious about why they react the way they do • Want to understand what they bring into interactions • Are interested in creating stronger connection No lectures. No right or wrong answers. No expectation to share anything personal ARE YOU ACTUALLY HERE? is the second workshop in our three-part series: 01 — WHAT DO YOU MEAN? | DECODE Because we don't always mean the same thing when we use the same words. 02 — ARE YOU ACTUALLY HERE? | REALIGN Presence, awareness & what we bring into an interaction. 03 — STAY IN THE ROOM | CONNECT Connection, discomfort & having the conversations that matter. Each workshop stands alone, so you can come to one, two or all three. Come curious. Leave with something to think about. View the first workshop on Humanitix View the third workshop on Humanitix
