Learn to make three beautiful French-style soft cheeses in this hands-on cheesemaking workshop. You'll learn to make (and take home): • Camembert worthy of a French cheeseboard. • Triple Crème cheese - rich, creamy and ready in just one week. • Valençay - a delicious ash-coated cheese, ready in just two weeks. You will leave knowing how to make some other Camembert cousins as well. You will share a pot with another person - so either come with a friend, or come alone and make a new friend on the day. You will make cheese together and take half of it home each! You'll take home your cheeses, detailed recipes, and ongoing support through our private All About Cheese community. A cheeseboard lunch is included.
