End of Year Release & Reset - Sound Immersion

Take a quiet moment for yourself and step into resonant sound and vibration with Jodi. This is your invitation to pause, to step out of the busyness of everyday life and return to a place of stillness within. A time devoted to self-care, offering the opportunity to rest, release the stresses of the year, and reset for the year ahead. Reset, reconnect, and simply be. Through the soothing tones of magical crystal singing bowls and accompanying instruments, this gentle and intentional release and reset session will guide you into a state of deep relaxation and renewal. Created as an intentional space for reflection and restoration, this experience invites you to get comfortable in whatever way feels right for you. Bring a blanket, cushions, or settle into a supportive chair or bean bag, whatever helps you relax and feel completely at ease. Limited to just 10 participants, this intimate gathering offers a peaceful opportunity to release what no longer serves you and welcome the year ahead with clarity, balance, and calm. A beautiful reset you won't want to miss. Come and experience the ethereal sounds with me. Mā te wā, Jodi Kaupapa: - The doors will open at 6.00pm. - Choose a spot and settle in by 6.15pm. - Short mihi whakatau, housekeeping items. - Sound immersion 45mins. - Interval break: stretch, have a cuppa (herbal teas and dark chocolate provided). - Resettle - sound immersion 45mins to 1hr. - Closing karakia (8.30pm). Please bring with you: - A yoga mat or equivalent (some yoga mats/bolsters available), floor cushions, gravity chair, bean bag, blankets or pillows to make a warm and comfortable cocoon. - Any special taonga, crystals, drink bottle and journal to aid in your experience.
