Soften is a 45-minute restorative breathwork class designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and return to the present. In a world that constantly asks us to do more, it's easy to become disconnected from ourselves. Stress, overwhelm, and the pace of everyday life can leave us feeling tense, distracted, or simply going through the motions. This guided session uses gentle, down-regulating breathwork to calm your nervous system, release built-up tension, and create space to simply be. There is nothing to achieve or force. Just an opportunity to soften, breathe, and listen to what your body might be communicating to you. What to Bring: - Wear cozy warm layers as your body temperature can drop when relaxing. Blankets, bolsters, and head pillows are provided. No experience is needed, just a desire to slow down.
