Nurtured Sound Bath

Nurtured Sound Bath ~ Sunday 29th November, 2026 at 3pm Limited spaces available! 90 minutes of relaxation for those with tired nervous systems needing rest and grounding. Be held by a guided meditation and waves of sound, weaving through each cell in your body to lower cortisol levels and shift your nervous system into the parasympathetic state (rest state). I hold the space and you rest. You will hear a mix of sounds of instruments played together to take you on a journey of deep rest. Different types of singing bowls, rattles, drum and a few others up my sleeve. SUPPORTED tickets available; if you like the idea of rocking up in your comfy's to a laid out space with air bed, blanket and cushions, this is for you. There are only 3 of these available. GENERAL ticket; same sound bath experience, perfect for those who like the comfort of bringing their own mats, blankets, cushions etc. Essential to bring along (for General tickets only) • Yoga/camp mat to support your body (we are on a carpeted surface) • Blanket to keep you cosy • Water to hydrate afterwards • Wear warm and comfortable clothing Optional but highly recommended; • Eye mask/eye pillow • Bolster or cushion to use under your knees and support the lower back. Please note these is no equipment at the venue so make sure you bring what you can for your comfort.
