Musculoskeletal pain and Sarcopenia among middle-aged women This one-hour public seminar shines a light on two closely related health topics: persistent muscle / joint pain and sarcopenia – the natural loss of muscle mass and strength as we age. The seminar will cover findings from a Malaysian study of nearly 400 middle-aged women and provide practical suggestions to strengthen women’s musculoskeletal health.
