BEGINNER Mobility (Can you touch your toes?): This class is suited for Beginner gym whaiora who are looking to learn the basics of mobility and stretching in a supportive group environment. Supports recovery, and assists technique in the gym. Bodyweight / Mobility Exercises Low/Medium Intensity NOTE: This class is limited to 10 spots, Please ensure that you Book your spot via the "BOOK CLASS" button.
