Full description from organizer

Breath is a powerful practice for self-awareness and for consciously regulating our physiology and mind. Our breath can open infinite potential in how we live—inviting more choice, presence, and vitality. Breath reminds us that we are not just participants in life, but creators of it. Through breath, we influence the nervous system, attention, and emotional balance, creating greater flexibility in how we engage with life. Waves Of Breath invites you to a breathflow practice designed to awaken a sense of aliveness, restore inner coherence, support nervous system reset, and decompress from stress of day to day life. This breathwork practice weaves together modern science and ancient traditions. Whether you're seeking stress release, inner stillness, renewed sense of life flowing through your body or ease, this space is held with integrity and care. The body knows. The breath listens. And in that listening, transformation unfolds. Researched & scientifically proven benefits of breathwork: • Reduction in feelings of anxiety, depression and loneliness • Release of tension and stress, restoring feelings of calm and rejuvenation • Improvements in emotional regulation and resilience • Immune activation, with improvement in inflammatory markers • Improved focus and clarity • Supports lowering blood pressure and heart rate • Strengthens lung capacity and oxygen efficiency • Improved sleeping • Supports nervous system regulation, improving vagal tone • Increases alertness, reduces fatigue, boosts perceived energy levels • Supports trauma recovery, and cognitive flexibility Your facilitator - Hanka Jakubikova Hanka (Hana) Jakubikova is a certified Breathwork Facilitator with extensive training in conscious breathing, nervous system regulation, and holistic wellbeing. Her qualifications include certification with SOMA Breath, Cacao Mama, and Breathless Academy (Level 1 and Masters), accredited by the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM). She also draws on her own personal healing journey and ongoing study into the relationship between breath and the nervous system. With a background in Occupational Therapy, Hanka's facilitation enables compassionate and inclusive spaces, supported by training in trauma-informed practice, non violent communication and Cacao facilitation. What to expect You’ll be guided through the entire process—no experience needed. This breathflow practice combines breathing to a specific count with a variety of conscious breathing patterns. Throughout the session, we’ll explore different rhythms of breath to support nervous system regulation, tension release, and greater presence. One key element of this particular breathflow includes an activating phase designed to stimulate the sympathetic nervous system. This intentional activation helps bring built-up tension to the surface, allowing your body to release it. By doing so, you create space for a deeper sense of relaxation and calm. Safety At Waves Of Breath safety is imperative! Our breathwork journeys can invite deep emotional and physiological shifts.
