The afternoon begins by slowing down and grounding. You will be guided through a heart-opening, slow gentle yoga practice paired with a calming meditation. This is all about settling your system into stillness, clearing out the daily noise, and preparing your mind and body for the journey ahead. From there, we dive into a powerful 9D breathwork journey marking the very first time Just Breathe NZ has offered this immersive experience in Hamilton. If you haven't experienced 9D breathwork yet, it uses headphones to combine conscious breathing with soundscapes and guided coaching, helping you let go of old blocks and connect back to yourself. To wrap up the afternoon, we will all connect and reflect together over a hot drink and light snacks.
