BAINA Communal Bathing at Aro Hā. Saturday 26 September • Two Sessions • 2 PM - 4 PM & 5 PM - 7 PM Intrigued to explore the benefits of contrast bathing in nature, BAINA will host their fourth communal bathing series at Aro Hā in New Zealand, a wellness retreat nestled amongst the Southern Alps. Participants will begin with guided breath work to prepare the body for an invigorating immersion in the crystal-clear waters of Lake Wakatipu, followed by a guided spa circuit through heat and cold, embracing the restorative rhythm of contrast bathing. Post-bathe, participants are invited to dry off, slow down and reflect on the shared experience of communal bathing. This exclusive event pairs a full Aro Hā retreat experience with guided breath work, Lake Wakatipu immersion, contrast spa circuit, and take-home towelling by BAINA.
