Breathe. Settle. Reset. A grounded, beginner-friendly breathwork class to help calm your nervous system and reset. No experience needed. Dan Mirfield, founder of A Sage’s Journey and an Alexandra local, guides you through simple, practical breathing techniques you can take home and use anytime. You’ll breathe, notice what shifts, and leave with tools for the next time life gets loud. Everything is paced with care. You go as far as feels right for you, and you can ease off at any point. What to bring: Comfortable clothes and a water bottle. Mats, bolsters and blankets are available at the studio, but numbers are limited, so you’re welcome to bring your own. Bring a blanket if you like to be cosy. Good to know: Breathwork isn’t a substitute for medical or mental health care. If you’re pregnant or have a heart condition, epilepsy or another health condition, check with your doctor first. Places are limited to 16.
