This workshop will focus on 3 herbs that are often used for Women's Health: Peony (where we use the root), Raspberry (leaf) and Ladies Mantle (leaf). These herbs all have an extensive history in many traditions including Western Herbalism and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). We will cover important aspects of this herbal lore and update it with modern scientific phytomedicine. We will provide fresh and/or dried herbal material so that you can make your own tinctures and teas and can take a herbal remedy home with you. Enjoy the company of other herbal enthusiasts and learn how these wonderful plants can promote reproductive health in women of all ages.
