Nurture Mama 2026: PREGNANCY STRONG information session

• Learn how these muscles are affected by pregnancy and birth • Learn exercises to maintain a strong core, assist with birth and take care of yourself and whānau • Opportunity for pregnancy musculoskeletal function screening and manage risks. Come with any questions or curiosities you have. Feedback had told us that the connections and questions were the most valuable! To make sure you're as comfortable as possible, there are a variety of seating options, and a full kitchen and you are welcome to bring your own dinner.
