PICS PEPStart Parenting Programme You are registering for: Group 4 2026 (October-November) PEPStart is a space for new whānau and babies to come together for social connection, play, professional guidance and parenting education. Get a PEPStart at becoming a PICs Empowered Parent by registering for this programme. This group if intended for those with babies aged six weeks to six months.

Six consecutive Tuesdays (10AM -12PM) at Salvation Army, Frankton. $60 per place. If cost is a barrier, please get in touch. This group programme will cover: • Matrescence – the transition to motherhood. • Feeding/Eating, sleeping, wake periods. • Social connection for babies, social connection for big people (parents). • Mental health and wellbeing education. • And we bring along a range of expert speakers and professionals throughout the programme for extra guidance. Held in six week blocks multiple times a year, registrations essential as places are limited. When you register for PEPStart you pay $60 once and then are added to the group for the full six week programme. You only have to register and pay once.
