You Are Invited to Relax, Rest, and Reset with a Neurosomatic Mindfulness Meditation & Crystal Bowl Sonic Sound Bath As winter begins to loosen its hold and the light and warmth of spring start to return, this is an opportunity to pause, reconnect, and gently welcome the new season. Spring naturally brings a sense of emergence and renewal — a chance to come out of the slower winter months, reconnect with ourselves, and create space for what we want to carry forward. Through a deeply relaxing Neurosomatic Mindfulness Meditation and Crystal Bowl Sonic Sound Bath, you’ll be guided into greater awareness of the present moment, allowing the nervous system an opportunity to settle while the soothing vibrations of the crystal singing bowls invite deep rest and relaxation.
