CLASSICAL PILATES — DEEPER LEARNING DAY

10:15am–11:45pm ASYMMETRY IN THE BODY Please join me for an interactive Asymmetry Workshop, where we will explore your individual movement patterns and identify the Pilates exercises and variations that may best support your body’s needs. Through observation and movement, we will look at how asymmetries can influence the way we perform Pilates exercises and explore movement to encourage greater balance, strength, coordination and body awareness. A practical opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of how and why we choose specific exercises for your individual body. ⸻ 12:30–2:00pm FUNCTIONAL FASCIA LINES IN PILATES with Paul Cubitt Explore the relationship between the fascial lines and Pilates movement, and deepen your understanding of how the body connects through movement. ⸻ ✨ Come for one session or immerse yourself in the whole day.
