A Glorious Storm, a concert by Gale Force Gospel and Heaven Bent Gospel Choir

Join Wellington’s Gale Force Gospel Choir and Auckland’s Heaven Bent Gospel Choir in a celebration concert, as we mark our 15th and 30th anniversaries respectively. You'll experience an afternoon of uplifting music from the gospel tradition that will get your toes tapping and your hands clapping. Tickets are $20 general / $10 concession / kids free. There will be a raffle on the day for baskets of goodies, so please bring cash. We thank you for your support and look forward to seeing you on the day. About the choirs Both Gale Force Gospel and Heaven Bent Gospel Choir emerged through the work of a cappella 'gospel guru' Tony Backhouse. Both choirs specialise in singing a cappella music from the Southern United States gospel tradition. Gale Force Gospel is an inclusive, secular community choir in Wellington that welcomes all singers regardless of previous experience. Heaven Bent is an auditioned community choir based in Auckland.
