SACRED SOUND JOURNEY Sound Bath • Meditation • Shared Kai • Cacao • Dream Journaling Every second Friday evening, come and step away from the busyness of life for two beautiful hours of deep relaxation, sound and connection. We'll begin with meditation, Archangel cards and a deeply relaxing crystal bowl sound bath, followed by shared Kai and cacao, gentle connection and time for dream journaling and reflection. This is a cosy, intimate evening held in my home-based studio in Karori — a space to unwind, listen inward and simply be. Every Friday fortnight Starting Friday 2 October 2026 6:30pm – 8:30pm Home-based studio, Karori Crystal Mihinui — 021 023 81944 Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, grounded and restored.
